  2. Ab is Mein Pani shamil krne ke baaad isay gosht glne tak pakayn.jab gosht gl Jaye to gosht ko nikal Kar side par rakh lain or yakhni ko b chaan Kar rakh lain.
  3. Ab aik pateeli Mein ghee ya oil shamil krain is Mein aik taiz pat,Hari elaichi,kala zeera,shamil krain,pyaz slice ki Hui shamil krdain Thora sa fry krne ke baad is Mein Hari mirchain b shamil krdain.
  4. Jab pyaaz brown hojaye to is Mein se thorai c pyaz nikal lain.or ab is Mein adrak lehsan paste or dahi b shamil krdain. Or 1tbsp namak b shamil krdain.Thori dair bhonne ke baad is Mein gosht b shamil krdain.or achi trha gosht ko bhoon lain.
  5. Jab gosht bhoon Jaye to is Mein yakhni shamil krdian.sath hi namak b shamil krdain.
  6. Yakhni Mein Jab ubaal ajaye to is Mein bheegay huye chawal shamil krdain. Or mix Kar ke pakayn.
  7. Jab pulao ka Pani khushk hojaye to pateeli ko taway par rakh dain ta ke dum lg Jaye.phr isay serve krlain.
  8. Platter Mein serve krne ke baad upper se brown pyaz Jo alag ki thi wo upper se daal dain. Sorry Mein upper se pyaz. Dalna bhool hai hn.
  9. Tip for get rid of mutton smell.agr mutton Yani bkray ki gosht Mein jo smell ati hai AP b is se pareshan Hain to gosht ko garam Pani Mein dalain or sath hi adrak lehsan ka paste daal dain bs jaisay hi aik ubaal eye to gosht ko nikal lain or Pani phaink dain.is ke baad gosht ko apne tareekay se pakayn smell ni ayegi.it's my personal tip.must try...
