    firstly, in a large bowl take 1 cup curd, ginger garlic paste,turmeric,chilli powder and tandoori masala powder.

    further add chola, and ½ capsicum.
    mix gently making sure everything is combined well.
    cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Cut the thinly slice 3 medium onions. Heat oil in a small frying pan and add the sliced onions.

  4. Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes.our rice is soaked after 30 minutes. Drain the rice well and keep aside. Bring 5cups water to big pot.j
  5. Take a big pan. Add tejpatta, laung, jeera, and daal chini. Then add ginger garlic garlic paste and chopped onion and cook atleast 2 minutes
  6. Now add boil chola, tandoori masala, curd, pepper, salt as a taste and mix well.u
  7. Simmer for 5 minutes medium heat
    finally, enjoy paneer dum biryani with raita. U
  8. Now spread prepared rice uniformly. also top with fried onion.Then sprinkle pinch tandoori masala, saffron milk, ghee and 1/4cup water.cover with aluminium foil and close the lid.tt
