Instructions to make to make Chicken biryani

  1. Keep a.cooker add oil and ghee add cashews bay leaf and star green chillies
  2. Add onion and saute till it turns golden brown.add tomato and saute well
  3. Add g and g paste and saute.add chilli powder and chicken pieces add salt as well
  4. Mix well add thick curd and add c c c powder and keep mixing.add garam masal and.mint and coriander leaves
  5. Now add water 3 and 3/4 cups of water (already water will be there since we have added curd tomato and chicken)
  6. Now add rice and close the lid and DON'T place the whistle
  7. NOTE:; keep the stove in very very low flame and switch it off exactly in 11 minutes. And leave it for half an hour.
  8. Now open yummy chicken biriyani is ready..
  9. I usually keep very very low flame by turning the switch to off position.in that position the flame.will be very very low
