  17. 1/2 cup Mint leaves
  18. 1/4 cup Coriander leaves

  20. 4 tsp Oil
  21. 4 tsp Ghee
  22. 2 Cardamom
  23. 2 small sticks Cinnamon
  24. 3 Cloves
  25. 1 Star anise
  26. 1 Marati moku
  27. 1/4 tsp Mace
  28. 2 Bay leaves

  1. Wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes.
  2. Peel the skin, wash it and chop the vegetables.

    Allow it to cook in medium flame for 5 minutes.
    Then close the lid and allow it to cook for 10 minutes in low flame till it is done.
  11. Open the lid and gently fluff it up.
    Vegetable biryani is ready. Serve it with raita.
