  1. Take 2 cups of rice floor and a cup of Suji mix them together add 1 cup of dahi combine them together.
  2. Add water to make semi liquid batter. Leave for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes mix again and add eno or baking soda.
  3. Cut all the veggies and saute for 3 minutes some veggies can't eat raw
  4. Take tawa and turn on the flame. When tawa is semi hot, take half bowl of batter drop all topping by spoon tap the veggies into batter and spread the batter cover it for two minutes. After two minutes flip the uttpam pour 2-3 drop of oil while cooking for crispness.
  5. Serve with sambar or coconut chutney.
