- half tsp red powder
- crushed red chilli half teaspoon
- 2 packets shan sindhi biryani masala
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- salt 3 spoon
- 1-2 cup oil
- 1 tsp gram.masala powder
- onion 1 big chopped
- tomato 5 granded
- cloves 4
- 4 small ilachi
- 1 tbsp food color
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 3-4 green chilli
- rice 1 kg washed and pour in the water
Instructions to make to make Sindhi biryani
- Take a pan add chopped onion soft it
- When it soft add red powder crushed red powder and ginger garlic paste gram masala powder
- Add washed meat in it mix well until oil left
- Now add 1 packet of shan masala cook well
- Add tomato and yoghurt granded mix well
- Cook until oil left now add water 2 tp 3 cups to tendor the meat when it completely tendor
- No need of solid gram masala because it's all in cluded in shan masala
- Add green chilli and coriander in it yakhni become ready take a side
- Add another pan boil water for rice add 3 spoon salt in it add darr cheeni 3 pieces
- When it boil add wash rice in it cook well
- Dont try to cook rice more if it become lighly soft take it out from water
- Now take rice pan which is empty add oil 2 tb spoon in it
- Add some rice add some yakhni add lemon coriander and tomato chopped pieces add food color and 2 tsp shan masala cover it with more rice
- Again procedure repeat atlast pour tadka of cloves and ilachi in it cook 20 min in a slow flame then serve
