  15. 1 Tbsp Chopped shallots
  16. 2 Red chillies
  17. Pinch Asafoetida

Steps to make to make Mor kuzhambu

  1. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and boil with some salt.
  2. In a mixer jar add in all the items under "To make Paste" and grind them to a fine paste by adding some water.
  3. Take the cup of curd in a bowl and beat it smooth with enough water to make Buttermilk.
  4. In a pan,  Heat a tbsp of oil and all the items under "To Tamper" and saute for a minute.
  5. 5. Now add in the grounded coconut paste and saute for a minute.
  6. 6. Add in the boiled pumpkin pieces and the curd mixture. Switch off the stove immediately after one boil.
  7. 7. Serve hot with Rice and Enjoy
