- Mix all the Ingredients together except for the vegetables/ curry leaves mix and allow it to sit for 20 minutes.



- Now mix all vegetables in a bowl....and check batter consistency...it should be dosa batter consistency.

- Once the pan is hot,Make small Uthappams and generously add Ghee....and put batter over pan.
- On top of batter add mix vegetables and flip it down....slighlty roast..our uttapam is ready to eat.

- Serve mini uttapam with green chutney/coconut chutney or sauce.
