- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- Zara si haldi
- 6 tbsp yogurt
- Salt as per taste
- Half cup oil
- Koila
Instructions to make to make Tandoori biryani
- Subse phele chawalon ko dho k bhigo dein phir pani ko boil hone rakh dein saray ingre add karen aur chawal dal k boil kar lein aur pani drain kar dein.

- Chicken ko ache se wash kar lein aur phir sub ingre k sath marinate kar k 1 hour chor dein ab baking dish ko grease kar k chicken ko us pe paste k sath daal dein


- Oven ko 180' pe 10 min preheat karen aur phir isi temp pe 30/35 min chicken ko bake kar lein.aur koilay ki dhoni de dein

- Ab ek pateeli me oil dalien pyaz dal k golden karen aur phir lehsan adrak aur baki k ingre siwaye dhanya podina k dal k cook karen jab pani halka sa dry hojaye to phir dhanya podina add karen aur chicken add kar dein

- Chawal dal k layer laga lein aur uper food color dal k dum laga dein ache se dum hojayen to mix up karen aur garam garam serve karen.
