- 100 grams Ragi
- 3 cups Curd (thick)
- 1 tsp Cooking soda or Eno small packet

- 1 tomato
- as required coriander leaves few,
- 3 Green chilli,
- as per needed paneer
- as required few, curry leaves,
- For tampering thatte idli
- 1 tsp :Black rai
- 1 tsp Urad dal,
- 1 tsp chana dal,
- 8 cashew nuts
- as required Curry leaves few,
- 2 green chilli
- as required Hing
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- 3 tbsp Refined oil
Instructions to make to make Suji Thattu idli
- First fry your (dry) Suji keep it away.



- Then take your Ragi powdered form mix with the curd and add curd, cooking soda, salt, keep the mixture to fermate for 30minutes.. And also add all-purpose flour and rice powder..



- After 30 minutes your batter will be ready to steamed.



- Take a Thattu iddli vessel pour some hot water, let them heat for 20minutez.
- Apply refined oil underneath the plate, and pour the iddli batter, decorate with vegetables, grated panner, and pour your tadka with finishing style.
- For Tadka :pour one teaspoon of refined oil, pour black rai, urad dal, chana dal green chilli, curry leaves, hing, cashew nuts let them form into golden brown then pour your tadka upside to your Thattu iddli let them steamed for 12to 15minutes.
- After 15 minutes your healthy Thattu Iddli ready. Serve with your Sambar, coconut chutney.. Every one will enjoy and relish your super hit iddli.
