  8. NOTE, don't use the yogurt directly from the fridge, keep it over the counter until is at room temperature. If not you won't like the consistency of your pap.

    Sock your tamarind hours before cooking the pap, so as to get a clean tamarind water not red.

    You can add spices like cardamom, black pepper, etc.
