  1. Wash and soaked rice.. (it will make rice lamba)
  2. Heat oil, add onion and fry until golden brown then add ginger garlic paste
  3. Mix then add curry patta and chopped tomato and bhonofy it
  4. Then add potato, green chillies, whole spices, salt, cumin powder, dhaniya powder, hari elaichi, button mirch
  5. Add a glass of water and cook until potatoes cooked
  6. Then add 2 Tbsp of Yogurt and boiled masoor and garam masala powder
  7. Mix well then add 2 glass of water and add soaked rice and ½ tbsp of vinegar
  8. Tip: vinegar will make chawwal khile khile
  9. Cook it on med high flame until water dries
  10. Garnish with fresh coriander, cover it and leave it for dum
