- Add all masala and curd and soute for 5 to 7 minutes.

- Take out half vegitables.make one layer of vegetables and second of rice



- Repeat this process twice.
- Now for tempering in small pan take 3 table spoon ghee, Cummin seeds, astofoitida and onion slice. And add in rice. And add fresh cream.


- Cooked for 10 minutes. Cover with lid without whistle. Rest them 10 minutes.
