- First before cooking marinate chicken add in yogurt, haldi colour zarda, salt, red Chilli and spice and lehsan adrak paste

- Then put cuts on the chicken deeply so all spice may reach inside now with now with hands spread all inside and outside

- Keep for one to 3 hours as time ends take a pan add 2 tbsp oil and place chicken in it. Cook first one as golden then 2nd part golden add 1 glass water and put on steam


- As it cook water reduces then close stove and take it out in tit add stock of chicken 1/2 cup and boil now add potatoes onion as it Cooks.. Take it out


- Now take oil and add onion and fry as golden add chicken spices in the fried onion for rice and stock



- Add 3 tbsp salt and green Chilli in it and take boil until water ends and rice ko dum lagae

- Add chicken steamed in dum also...

- Now before serving add boiled potatoes onion, yellow paper and green Chilli stuff fry and put in center of legs of chicken spread fried almond and Raisin....
